A couple has no children even though they have been married for many years. God gives them seven magic pills and tells the wife to take one pill a day. But the wife swallows all seven pills at once and gives birth to seven boys. The seven brothers look exactly the same but each has his own ability. One day the Emperor comes to the neighborhood and a big rock rolls down from the mountain and almost hit the emperor's carriage. The oldest of the seven brothers is very strong so he blocks the stone and saves the emperor. Afterward the seven brothers and the Emperor start a series of brilliant stories about wits and power struggling. This story circulates along the coast of Shandong Province. With Qin Dynasty as the background, children can easily enter into the historical time and space through anthropomorphic animal characters.
